  1. You two ARE the “beautiful people” in Runyon Canyon that I warned you about hahaha! It was so great meeting you and getting to know you! You’ve inspired me and my fellow team members at REI which is saying a lot since we meet so many travelers and adventurers everyday.

I’m inspired just looking at your healthy living routine while traveling. It’s interesting to see the elegant home you’re staying in and how you’ve chosen to leave the comforts of home for the open road… on a bicycle, staying in a tent with so few belongings for such an extended period of time in a foreign country. What a unique perspective you two have to have been traveling the world for so long.

I know you’re busy seeing the sights before you depart for South America but my offer still stands. Let me know if there’s anything I can do for you while you’re here, if you have questions or need assistance of any kind.

Be well, Godspeed and happy trails to you both,
    Kelly Van Ginkel 🙂

    • Kelly! 🙂 We’re so sorry for the delayed response! We’ve been super super busy lately, getting all our gear ready before our friends come back. Haha, we we’re thinking about you when we were “running” through Runyan Canyon. We’re so happy that we bumped into you at REI and that we have inspired you in some way 🙂

We’re currently in Santa Cruz for Thanksgiving but we’re back in LA next week. We would love to catch up with you before we depart on our journey towards Mexico! Not sure what we could do… but it would be great to see you 🙂

Enjoy your BlackFriday off and we’ll talk soon.

      Best, Kel & EB
